Mindfulness Meditation

One bond may hide another, only then the benefits of this practice are observed. Directing one’s attention inward through a physical approach. The teacher guides the student throughout the class. Using a static posture and closed eyes, he gradually learns to become one with himself. He becomes aware of the five senses, such as hearing, sight, touch… As well as sensitive sensations of the body. After integrating the momentum in the physical body, one focuses on external environment.

Naturally, we receive frequencies from mind that lead us to our past or future, events of the day, daily obligations or harmful emotions such as: loss of confidence, control, underestimating oneself, impatience, anger, sadness, intolerance, suffering, etc.

During the class, we continue to improve our knowledge, we tame our mind subtly, in order to discover strength of the spirit. We develop this universal tool of unfolding holistic boundaries to focus on inner calm. Like a trapped animal, one integrates one’s mind  so that is no longer a slave to one’s mind. The student associates his mind with purely physical experience and becomes master of his universe and heals his emotional wounds. One begins to perceive mind’s power and use it in daily life. Meditation fully integrated into life, one will use one’s internal intelligence to calm oneself and be in an inner calm to organize one’s daily life according to values and fluctuations of the soul. The aspirations discovered, we apply our senses by increasing intuition, clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc.

After cleansing these energy flows, the student becomes master of his own desire and embodies it in the physical world. Each individual approaches mediation at his own pace. It is important to slowly learn to return to one’s inner calm so as to let one’s soul speak through one’s own reality without feeling locked into outer world. Releasing and seeing becomes clear and simple.

During one hour, one feels relaxation and unwinding. This experience takes us on a journey around various realms of the nervous system. It is up to each one to allow his or her own inner potential to live and grow. Every beginning is difficult, but through practice and discipline we become masters of our destiny.
