Since 2019, I have been teaching Hatha yoga, diving into the teaching of the master BKS Iyengar. I trained in Hatha & Ashtanga style in Nepal at Shivalaya yoga ashram, Yoga alliance certified. I practice traditional yoga. I was introduced to the discipline during an university exchange in China. 

Back in France, I discovered an understanding of body awareness, breathing & energy channeling. 

 A whole universe emerged. Powerful experiences related to the physical body, such as releasing traumas, allowed me to measure how yoga benefits the spirit – A path to healing & joy. 

I have trained and practiced Iyengar studies, Hatha, vinyasa, synergy, qi gong, sound healing & ceremonies.

I integrate body awareness (Hatha), breathing (pranayama), music (sound frequency) & mindfulness as part of the teaching.

Singing allows our true inner voice to be heard ; to sing is to let your soul express itself.

A self development journey alongside different masters has created a space of transmission. 

Balancing the body, mind & its surroundings. Opening the heart & one’s intuition. 

Using the mind as a tool of knowledge & strength.

Today, I offer online classes, YTT Trainings, retreats, ceremonial concerts to empowered our divine connection with spirit.
