Cacao Ceremony

Sacred cocoa comes from cacao trees whose breeders plant the young trees, accompanying them in their growth with the vibration of their songs, the power of their touch and the care of other trees.

Better than any “Western label”, these trees evolve untreated, at their own pace, until they offer their first fruit when they are 8 years old.

This is a journey into the heart, into joy and play where we travel with the support of cacao, an indigenous heart-opening medicine in an intention-setting ceremony, dance, deep relaxation in a shamanic drumming journey, where you can connect with your spirit animals, guides and ancestors.

After calling the directions and setting our intentions, we share the ceremonial-grade cocoa and spirit of Mama Cacao.

It’s a gentle yet powerful medicine that helps open and soften our hearts, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Thanks to its medicinal and spiritual properties, ceremonial cocoa has long been known by many indigenous cultures as a medicine that helps us regain balance and harmony.

The high magnesium content helps us achieve a state of total relaxation, while theobromine, known as the food of the gods, increases blood flow throughout the body and brain and helps us gain clarity while being deeply grounded in our heart center.

Due to the nature of cocoa, we can experience expanded states of consciousness and increased awareness and connection with ourselves and those around us.

This helps us to perceive life from a grounded, compassionate space

The shamanic drumming journey will guide you into a visual meditation, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet your spirit guides, spirit animals and ancestors.

In this sacred, supportive space, magic happens: deep healing occurs, we can find answers to our questions, meet our spiritual team and even connect with deceased loved ones.

Joy, playfulness, a sense of hope, wonder and deep peace are how many describe this journey.

The shamanic medicine drum and other instruments such as the gong, chimes, rainmaker and crystal bowls accompany us before we end our journey together, with a space for integration and sharing.
